Blessed be the Lock & Key
Louisville duo, Feral Vices, dropped another mind and eye opening single today called 'Lock & Key.' Like all FV tracks, the gents never cease to dive deep and speak (in this case sing) on subject matters that they believe in and have a connection to. 'Lock & Key' definitely hits on a heavier topic as it dives into what can be the abusive and corrupt side to the religious system. Something I think at one point or another we all became victims of. Like many of us that grew up with religious upbringings, and even as adults, we are taught there is one way to live, don't question it and that we should all follow the words and lines of a self claimed non fictional book, so that we will then find our way to a blessed life of abundance. 'Lock & Key' gives us the perspective of the not so bright and shiny religious upbringing, but also has a way to help find resolution and peace from it all.
Once again recording with Nik Bruzzese at The Gradwell House in NJ, Feral Vices keeps on delivering captivatingly conscious music, that may have subject matter that is at times uncomfortable to swallow, but essential to the ever changing world we live in. Please give these gents a follow and enjoy the ride into unlocking new perspectives through their music. Blessed be the new tunes 🤘🏼.
